Our “Pata Negra” ham comes from pigs which are of 100% Iberian breed, raised in the singular “Dehesa” Mediterranean ecosystem; an Iberian savannah populated by endemic vegetation and fauna; such as the cork and the holm oak and other native animal species such as the Iberian lynx, the Iberian wolf and the Iberian eagle.
