Shipping and Return Policy
We ship orders only to the United Kingdom from our distribution center in Kent.
Delivery windows: Monday to Friday – Our contract logistics company does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Regular deliveries will be dispatched in approximately 24 to 48 hours.
Next day deliveries are only possible for orders placed before 11 AM. Deliveries to the client will take place between 9am and 5pm – via courier to a single address provided by the buyer.
Other delivery hours must be confirmed. Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered delivery days. The order must be placed for a specific point of delivery. If there is more than one point of delivery on the same date for the same client, the sum of the orders cannot be added to make up for a minimum price of 75 GBP per order.
Shipment costs are included for all orders above or equal to 75 GBP. Orders below 75 GBP will have an extra shipment charge of 9 GBP.
Given that our contract logistics operator does not accept returned food products Iberflavours S.L. unfortunately cannot accept returns.
However upon receipt of the products the client must check and verify that they are in perfect condition. If the shipment contains a product other than the ordered and you don´t want to keep it, or if the product is not in adequate condition (e.g. damaged packaging or expired consumption date) we will refund you.
Prices shown in our website are those currently in force. Iberflavours SL has the right to modify any price it its list and the articles which appear on the website without any previous notification. Prices being charged for incoming orders are those which were listed on the website at the time the order was placed. If there is a price change between the moment of the order being placed and the moment of delivery, the valid prices will be those at the time when the order was placed. The prices are listed for individual units including VAT in the event that the ordered items carry VAT.
How do I know when I will receive my order and the status of my order?
Our deliveries are performed by a delivery firm DPD.
Once your order has been validated by Iberflavours SL - of which you will receive confirmation by email or text message - and it has been transmitted to DPD, the mentioned delivery firm will send you a first message informing you of the expected delivery date and time window.
Subsequently DPD will send you a second message informing you that your delivery is under way.
Once the shipment has already been transferred to DPD you will be able to track your shipment via a link provided by DPD.
What happens if no one is present at the moment of delivery?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9.00 AM to 19.00 PM. By default Iberflavours has arranged delivered before 12 pm. However the client can modify the delivery time beyond 12 PM through contact with DPD via the link provided.
In case DPD ( company responsible for executing the delivery) does not reach you on the first attempt, there will be a second delivery attempt. In the second case, the courier company will contact you in advance in order to agree on a delivery time or alternatively on leaving the package at a an agreed company pick-up point.
Should the delivery not take place in the second attempt, your order will be destroyed by DPD since it´s food with limited shelf life. However DPD will be informing you at each step following the above indicated procedure.
